You built thisfor freedomand control of your own journey
You could have stayed on payroll. You chose the harder path for control over your work, your future, and the life your family would live. Somewhere along the way, the business started depending on you in ways that limit the freedom you built it for.
The Founder Reset is one private day in London. You find the barriers you are putting in your own way, see what they are costing, and remove the first one before you leave.
A three minute application, then a conversation. No obligation until a place is offered. Ten founders maximum so not everyone who applies will be invited.

The depth of work behind leaders at

The same depth of work, now built specifically for founders, not adapted for them.
Will this actually move the needle?
Founders ask this first, and they should. You are short of time and carrying enough already. So here is what you walk out with, before anything else on this page asks for your attention.
A clear read on yourself as a leader
The specific pattern driving how you decide, delegate and hold pressure. Named in language you can use with your team on Monday, not a personality profile you file away.
A clear read on the business and the team
Which decisions are stuck behind you, where the company is organised around your approval, and what that is costing in speed, ownership and growth.
Moves already started, not a plan you still have to write
The first conversation, handover or decision is made in the room before you leave, with the sequence for the ninety days after it.
And if a day on this would not change anything for you, the conversation before it is where that gets found out. You will hear it directly, and you will not be offered a place.
THE SHIFT IN PRACTICE
A decision the leadership team had circled for months was named and dealt with in a single session. They left with focus, alignment and the strategic edge they had been missing.
At a major crossroads and unable to move. Values crystallised, purpose sharpened, and the decisions that had been avoided for months finally got made.
Scaling a business while staying centred felt impossible. Boundaries clarified, priorities sharpened. Now leads with presence rather than reactivity.
If you’re reading this, you already know.
The team still waits for your approval. The important calls still come back to you. That is not a strategy problem, it is a founder pattern, and until you see it clearly the company keeps organising itself around you.
You’ve probably tried most of that. None of it was wasted. It worked on the business, or on your behaviour. This day works on what drives the behaviour, and you cannot see that from inside it.
“Most founders aren’t stuck because they lack capability. They’re stuck because the version of them that built the business is quietly getting in the way of the next stage of it.”
What this pattern is quietly costing the business.
Decision drag
The team slows down because too many things still need your view, approval or final call.
Leadership dependency
People do not fully step up because the business has learned that you will eventually step in.
Founder fatigue
You are carrying work, pressure and emotional weight that the next stage of the business cannot afford.
Missed opportunities
Growth gets delayed because the company can only move as fast as your capacity allows.

Prepared before you arrive, worked in one sitting, acted on before you leave, reviewed after. Unlearn, Unlock and Unleash is the methodology underneath it.
- 00Before
Prepare
A short founder diagnostic surfaces where the team still waits for you, what keeps returning to your desk, and what the next stage now requires. We start the day already knowing your business.
- 01Unlearn
See it
We identify where the business is still organised around your presence, approval or energy.
- 02Unlock
Name the cost
We get specific about what this is costing: speed, ownership, decision quality, and your capacity to scale without you.
- 03Unleash
Make the move
You leave with the first leadership shifts, conversations and decisions to remove yourself from the centre, already begun before you go. The final hour is protected for action, not more discussion.
- 04After
Review
A structured follow-up locks in what shifted and turns it into how you lead going forward.
THE PROMISE
You do not leave with a plan. The first move is made in the room, before you go.
The application conversation costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. If this is not the right room, you will hear that directly, with a pointer to what would serve you better.
Everything discussed stays in the room. No recordings, no notes shared, nothing used without your written permission.
What changed.
Foundersin transition.
This is for founders moving from force to leadership.
The first stage of growth often needs your force. Your instinct. Your standards. Your ability to move faster than everyone else.
The next stage needs something different. It needs a company that can think, decide and move without everything depending on you.

Your team has outgrown how you used to lead
What worked at five people doesn’t work at twenty. How you decide, communicate and hold the room must evolve. The next stage requires more range from you, not more of the same.
Not the right room if: you’re looking to network or pitch, want templates instead of doing the deeper work, or aren’t yet ready to be honest about what’s going on.

About Sope.
I don't work on behaviour. I work on what drives it.
Most leadership support stays on the surface. I go underneath, to the invisible forces shaping how you decide, lead, and show up under pressure.
The ones you cannot see from inside your own system.
Before transformation, my background was finance and operations, so I do not look at a founder through one lens. I understand the commercial pressure, the operational reality, and the identity patterns quietly holding the whole thing in place.
That is why I can sit across from a founder and see what is happening in the business, what is happening in the team, and what is happening in them at the same time.
I am a thinking partner and an honest mirror.
The next level rarely asks you to do more. It usually asks you to become someone you have not had to be yet, especially when the cost of staying the same is starting to show.
The Founder Reset is built from that work.
Clear answers before you apply.
The next stage cannot depend on the old version of you.
If you want the business to grow and too much still comes back to you, this is the day to find what is in the way, name what it is costing, and move.
Places are limited and filled by conversation. Not everyone who applies will be invited.
